All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.

Please note that there is a chance that the colorants of the flowers will bleed and/or transfer to other materials, fabrics and walls.  

Uneed Flowers is not responsible for any damage caused by transfer of colorants.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight

Avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity (above 80%)

Only for indoor use

No watering or placing the product in water

Direct contact with clothing and textiles, walls, oil paint etc

Do not consume the product

The product is flammable. 

The product may attract insects or mold if stored in certain environments.
